Can you help a friend or relative take care of my pet?
No. Our liability insurance will not allow us to do so.

We want you to care for our family pets. How do we get started?
Call us (904-716-7740) as soon as possible. We would like to set up a pre-assignment meeting to meet you, get acquainted with your pets, fill out out any paperwork, review your pets’ shot records & pick up keys. This meeting can take up to an hour.

When do we pay you, and method of payment?
100% of assignment is due before 1st visit. Currently we only accept cash, personal checks and money orders.

Are reservations necessary?
Yes. Call us as soon as you make a decision to have Cats Meow Pet Sitting care for your pets. The initial consultation must be scheduled no less than 48 hours prior to first visit.

What is your cancellation policy?
Non-Holiday Service: Cancellations must be received, by telephone (904-716-7740), at least forty eight (48) hours prior to date of 1st scheduled visit, otherwise 25% of total assignment is charged.

Holiday Service: Cancellations must be received, by telephone (904-716-7740), at least fourteen (14) days prior to date of 1st scheduled visit, otherwise 50% of total assignment is charged.

Early Returns: If a client returns early during non-holiday or holiday service, only service credits good for 1 year will be issued for each daily visit or dog walking visit not required due to early return.

Policies
“I’m Home” call: It is important for clients to call us (904-716-7740) immediately upon their return home. We worry until we know pets have their people back. We will continue to visit pets UNTIL that call is received. If clients are home, have forgotten to call us, and we visit their pets, they will be charged for an additional visit. If a client finds their return will be delayed, we ask that they call (904-716-7740) as soon as possible to see if additional visits can be arranged.

Our in-home pet care services include: Pet Sitting & Dog Walking, House Sitting, cleaning up minor messes, bringing in the newspaper,alternating blinds and lights, etc. .
